Executive Coaching UX design

Kilpatrick Executive Coaching supports leaders and professionals with tailored coaching and development services. Working with website management company more time to, we looked at creating a modern, user-friendly design that clearly communicates the range of services the company offers. The brief was to soften the look and feel of the website to make it less corporate, while maintaining a clear and professional tone throughout.

I completed a full website redesign focused on clarity, usability, and structure, with development handled by More Time To. Alongside this, I carried out a light brand refresh, refining the logo and introducing an updated colour palette. A bold pink was added to soften the corporate feel and bring warmth, personality, and a more feminine, approachable tone to the brand. The information architecture was simplified to help users understand the services at a glance, with accessibility and mobile responsiveness considered throughout the design process.
